Bravo Family is a credit-based Family Operating System: one app that runs a household's routines, responsibilities, and rewards. Kids earn credits for chores, schoolwork, workouts, and acts of faith, then give, save, and spend them on rewards their parents choose. It is organized around five pillars we call the 5 F's, and it was built by the Smith family in Orlando, Florida.

A Family Operating System (Family OS) is the single system a household runs on, the way a phone runs on its operating system. It starts and ends the day with routines, holds the apps for everything in between, and connects them with one currency. In Bravo that currency is credits: the Daily Launcher boots the morning and counts the evening down to lights out, 40+ apps give kids ways to earn and learn, and parents set every rule.

It means the whole system runs on credits instead of nagging. A finished chore, a logged workout, a memorized verse, or a good report card pays credits. Credits sit in three pockets (Spending, Savings, and a Tithe Jar) and buy what parents put in the Family Marketplace, such as extra screen time or a family outing, plus games in the Arcade. Parents decide what earns credits, how many, and what they buy.

Faith, Family, Freedom, Finance, and Fitness. Every activity and feature in Bravo ladders up to one of these five pillars — from Bible reading and memory verses (Faith) to routines, chores, and family time (Family), US history and civics (Freedom), the credit economy and money lessons (Finance), and logged workouts (Fitness).

Kids earn credits for finishing their morning and evening routines, chores, workouts, reading, memory verses, and good grades through Scholar Dollars. Routines can pay by themselves when they close; chores and workouts wait for a parent’s approval. Kids spend credits in the Arcade (14 classic games) and the Family Marketplace, where parents stock the rewards — screen time, family outings, or real-world prizes you choose.

The Daily Launcher is Bravo’s morning and bedtime routine board. Prop a tablet in the kitchen and it shows each kid’s tasks in their own column, with a countdown that changes color and speaks as time runs out. Kids tick tasks on the board or on their own device, and credits pay themselves at launch time in the morning and at the deadline in the evening. School days and weekends get their own routines.

Bravo teaches money by letting kids run a small economy of their own. They earn credits, give through a Tithe Jar, save toward a wishlist, and spend in a Marketplace their parents stock. Wall Street Warrior lets them practice investing with credits they earned, Money Moves covers compound interest and budgeting, and Scholar Dollars ties grades to earnings. It also includes Read the Reports, which walks kids through a real company report the way Warren Buffett reads one, and The Psychology of Money, lessons and games inspired by Morgan Housel’s book.

Bravo is built for families with school-age kids; our own are 7 to 13. Younger children get picture-first lists and simpler questions, teens get harder quizzes and deeper lessons, and several apps adjust to each child’s age on their own. Parents and grandparents have their own accounts in the same family.
